Rename a Form in the Builder

If the name originally given to a form is no longer accurate, editing the name is simple.

Rename a Form

Navigate to the Forms page and Edit the existing form you wish to rename.
At the center of the bar along the top of the Builder, delete the existing name and type in the new name.
Save and Publish to share the update with your users.
