Rename a Form in the Builder

If the name originally given to a form is no longer accurate, editing the name is simple.

Rename a Form

  1. Navigate to the Forms page and Edit the existing form you wish to rename.
  2. In the top left corner, select the existing name and type in the new name.Builder_Form Name.png
  3. Save and Publish to share the update with your users.
