April '26 Support for Android 13 and Above

GoCanvas will be dropping support for Android OS Version 11 and 12. All Android users must update to Android OS Version 13 or higher before late April 2026 to take advantage of future enhancements and security updates.

If you do not update or your device does not support Android OS 13 and above, your service will not be interrupted; however, future product enhancements and security updates will not be available on Android OS 12 and under.

If you are currently running Android OS 12 or below on a device that supports Android 13 and above, we recommend that you upgrade the operating system on your device. To do this, open your device's Settings app, select System, and then System Update. Follow any steps on the screen for your specific device.
