2. Can I create a table in the Form Builder?

I was able to figure it out, I had to delete the table, re-add and then remove the columns I did not need on the report. No way to just add the missing columns.   Thanks for the reply

sadly this is still happening, had a dupe report showing on a users phone, submitted and nothing showing on the server for me to see the report. I filed a help ticket   Nothing showing on my side ...
