Ah, I see - that's the GoCanvas website in a browser. I thought you were talking about GoCanvas for Windows (software that is installed on a PC).

You could try uninstalling the software, restart, and then download and install the latest version again. Possibly a "clear data" as well (unless the user has saved / in progress items that haven'...
