Hi Lauren, I have submitted multiple tickets for this issue over time. Each time, we "workaround" the problem and then we are ok until another update causes the same issue.

This would be nice but it would be great if the ability to perform a more global search across multiple apps was still an option by removing the app filter or something to that effect.
