When Field Type: Multiple Choice Buttons is selected, would like to have the Choices to be able to have multiple choices also, our industry has long product descriptions, and the Buttons look perfect, but we need each button to be Mutiple choice. This keeps the product description in one line, horizontal, keeping the form short rather than doing this vertically with several Multi Choice fields

If so, it seems that could be achieved through adding conditions to the field.
