Meta Data 'Date' Formats in Submissions always export as MM/DD/YYYY

Currently, I can edit the format of my 'Date' fields in forms however the metadata that exports for each submission is always MM/DD/YYYY.  The only way to edit this is in Excel each time the submission report is exported as below.  

1. Open the CSV file in Excel
2. Highlight all of the Response Date/Time and Device Date/Time cells that contain data (not including the header)
3. Click on the "Home" button in the menu
4. Locate the "Number" section in the ribbon (the tools at the top of the window)
5. Click the pop-out menu ()
6. Change the "Type:" to your desired format, such as dd/mm/yyyy h:mm
7. Click OK

  Thank you so much for your contribution to the community! Based on your screenshot, the columns highlighted as incorrect are pulled from the device format settings itself. Without a device format change, adjusting the format within Excel would absolutely be the best option!
