Dispatch Freezes and have to restart

Hi All,

Our Service coordinator have been having issues with the dispatch every afternoon after midday. Just wondering if this is an occurrence that happens with other companies when creating a dispatch in Australia in the afternoons or "Ever" for that matter. Go Canvas keep disregarding this and i have tried to resolve this with multiple support people with no help!
