Permanently deleted user
We'd love to be able to schedule submissions to be sent to an email list, rather than just to a named account. We have multiple people who review the submissions (and backups for vacations, etc.) and would love to have one email list to send the submissions to weekly.

Thanks for posting this idea to the community. However, if what you are describing is sending an active submission workflow step to multiple people, due to the way that GoCanvas is structured, submissions are singular entities and cannot be sent to multiple people at a time for completion. Other users who know this is a potential issue use reference data to power the workflow email field so that if someone is out that could potentially receive the next step, there are several other people that could potentially receive the workflow straight from the active submission, without reassigning from Work Hub. But, reassigning the step from Work Hub is always an option in case of a sick day or unexpected absence.
However, if what you are describing is sending a completed submission PDF to multiple emails, that is possible. In the Form Settings, Email Options allows you to add the emails for those people that will always need to receive a copy of a submission from that form.
