Work Hub - missing options that used to exist?

In the GoCanvas Web UI, we used to be able to go to WorkFlow and Dispatch and use the advanced search options to search “All Statuses” which would let us see the history of a dispatch >> submission >> etc and its progression through our multiple integrated apps.

This still existed, although operated more slowly, in the Work Hub area before…

Today when I searched I was only able to search one status at a time… and instead of being able to click the > icon to find the associated submission from a dispatch, I had to switch to the “Submitted” tab and search over there instead…

This makes troubleshooting take much longer than it used to.

Is there any way to re-add that functionality or offer a new Advanced Search screen that uses the older version or something?

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for emailing this concern to the beta@gocanvas.com email and apologies for the late response. I know this was something that product was looking into. Are you still experiencing similar issues?

Hello

Yes, the "All Statuses" option is still missing and the dispatch search results still don't include links to the completed submissions that resulted from them.
