We have had issues with the Windows app appearing to play a role in purging report data as it goes through the workflow process. The solution appears to be to make VERY sure that the Windows app is up to date. To that end, we have scripted the installation of the software available at www.gocanvas.com/m, but all we really do is kick off the installation for the user.
An option to do an unattended install (default options, no series of "nexts" to click) would be helpful.

Thanks for posting this to the Community! As we continue to make updates to the Windows desktop client to bring it to feature parity to the mobile and tablet applications, these sorts of recommendations are really helpful to the team. I will pass this along!
