Hello all,
We are running into an issue on edited inspection forms, that I understand is not currently correctable.
When editing a form, we are wanting to keep the original submission date as what is shown in the system, but also show when it was edited last. I was offered to post this suggestion from ticket request 187494.
These inspections are subject to review by Department of Transportation, and at this time, must either remain un-edited, or keep the original inspection date.

Thanks for posting to the Community! I want to confirm before I pass this along, that the Edit and View options in Form Settings don't solve this problem for you.
There is the option to not reset the date when a submission is edited on web or mobile by unchecking both of these boxes. As for the last edited date, perhaps a table where the last person to edit it adds the date so there is a running list of edits in the submission?
