Disallow creation of free trial accounts on company email domains

Please setup a way to disallow users from creating trial accounts on the company's email domain, or an easy way for admins to delete the trial account when creating a new account.

Users think they can just go create an account on their own, but it doesn't work because it's not linked to the company!

Then I have to submit a ticket to get the trial account deleted before I can create an account for the user. 

This would save time for us and you!  Thanks!

    Thanks so much for posting this to the Community! I know how frustrating it can be to have a roadblock like this when trying to add users and admin your account. However, since it's a data security issue to allow admins access edit/delete trial accounts, I'm not sure how product would want to go about tackling this request. But of course, it can't hurt to ask!

    Maybe an email alert to the admin of the account asking if you want the trial account using your company email domain deleted through an automated system. That way, you're alerted to it happening but all you have to do is approve the request and we take care of the rest. It's a thought but I will bring it up with product and see what they think.

    In the meantime, you can also have your users login to the trial account they created and change the email to something else. This article explains how to instruct your user to do this.
