    Hi Dorothy,

    Thanks for posting to the Community! In similar situations with other customers, I have recommended our free Excel plugin Business Insights as this tool will allow you to filter and see trends across all your form submissions in a spreadsheet rather than individually in the Submissions tab. Business Insights is quite simple to set up with a little practice and the same spreadsheet can be used over and over to update the data when new submissions come in. This Help Center article will explain the process of setting up a "map" for Business Insights and how to pull those submission directly from GoCanvas to your Excel Spreadsheet.
