I have two fields that I have selected to show up on my as part of my submission file name. But the App name is missing. I'm looking at the Completed tab on the app- Each day has multiple submissions with the same date and job number but I cannot tell the difference between the apps and have to click through each submission to find the file I am looking for.
How can I get the app name back?

HI Kristy,
It sounds like you are using Place Value In to name your submission after fields in the form. When not using this feature, the submissions are named after the form name on the Completed tab but once there is a submission name, that form name is no longer included because the submission name now has a specified name. A work around you can use is to Place Value In a field within the form with the name of the form so that it will show up in the name of the submission on the Completed tab. I recommend putting it near the beginning of the form so that it is the first part of the submission name and to turn off Mobile Visible so that it doesn't confuse your users.
