You should be able to change app submissions to route to certain emails based on the group they are assigned too.
Example: 4 groups utilizing the same application. Each group should have the ability to override the app submission email destination.

I'm not sure if I am following this concept entirely but I am interested to learn more about the use case. When you say email destination, do you mean the email address that the PDF is sent to or do you mean the email address of the user that owns the submission? Or am I completely off base? Thanks in advance for clarifying!
The email the PDF is sent to. Currently its assigned at the app level. It would be helpful to have the same app be sent to different emails based on groups.
Example. 5 groups use our "daily" app. Any submission goes to the emails in the email option settings. It would be nice that you can have difference recipients of the pdf based on settings at the group level.

I see what you mean now! Thank you for clarifying. I wonder if using reference data for something like this would be helpful in the meantime. Reference Data files can be separated by Groups, as explained in this article, so using reference data and an email field(s), you could mock up email options at a Group level from within the form. Although not perfect, it certainly could be a solution to manually overriding the emails at the very end and allowing the form to do that work for your users. I would love to see if others have ideas as well!
