I like your product; except when I break it and am told that I need to enter a feature request.
Features are/should be things that don't exist but would be awesome if they did
Bugs are unanticipated reactions/outcomes to decisions the designer(s) made
Example:
Un-assigning a dispatched app from the mobile (as the receiving party) makes that dispatch forever stuck at that scheduled time, AND can only be rescheduled from the main page of the dispatcher, not within the dispatch itself. How are different paths of available modification an intended consequence of design? Sure sounds like a bug to me.

Thank you for bringing your concern to the Community. You're right, I wouldn't describe this as a feature request but I wouldn't describe it as a bug either. Since our mobile forms are offline, they require rescheduling online from a person with dispatch permissions. We limit permissions on the mobile side on a feature-by-feature basis, like allowing users to unassign or claim submissions, but most permissions are for the online portal administration. Expanding these types of permissions to the mobile side would be a feature request that I am happy to pass along to the product team.
Are there any other examples that I could help clarify or pass along to our product team? Thank you for posting to the Community!
