    Hi Becky,

Conditions may not be the only option for you, I have used dependent reference data to create "conditional" values within a field when the amount of conditions is needed is overwhelming. Could you explain the use case and the conditions needed? I may be able to figure out a work around using reference data instead!

Thanks for getting back to me!  So we are using our first app for QC Inspections.  We are a boat manufacturer out of FL and have 15 models of boats.  In most of the pages to follow the intro page are CAD drawings, but I only need certain drawings to show up depending on the boat model they  are inspecting.

So basically I would want the following for lets say the HULL page:

    Condition Screen:

    INSPECTION OVERVIEW

    Condition Field:

    BOAT MODEL

    Condition:
    CONTAINS

    Condition Value:

    158cc, 170cc, 208cc

As an example, and then only that drawing will show on the next HULL screen and not the other optional CAD drawings that don’t apply vs now I have to a new field condition for each boat model for each field for each page that I have a drawing on.  It’s not a big deal just a lot of extra work when it would be so much easier and time efficient if I could put the boat models in all together with a comma separator vs. do an entirely new field condition per.

    Does that make sense?

    Hi Becky,

Yes that does make sense. Unfortunately, my work around would require those CAD drawings to be links instead of drawing or static image fields, since I can't use reference data to populate images. But that would be a completely different user experience as well so I understand if that is not the direction you want to take. My one piece of advice when making fields with a lot of similar settings is to set up one field and then make copies of that field. You can change the few things that may be different and even pick those copied fields up and drop them on other screens. I hope this helps save even a little bit of time. Sorry that I could not be of more assistance!

I'm already done, I worked on it all day and got all of them into each section and subsection and section of those subsections lol.  I have them as drawings b/c the inspectors like to draw on them to point out where the flaw is so they have to have the ability to draw on the actual picture.  thanks for all of your help!
