We have a process in our inspections where operators have to measure cycle times and I am beginning to suspect this is being pencil whipped and users are just typing in the time that meets our spec. I am interested in having a stopwatch field, which would require the user to start and stop the stopwatch on the inspection to document the cycle time they are supposed to be measuring.

Hi Joseph,
This is a really interesting idea. While I will definitely pass this idea along, I wonder if you could trigger something similar with hidden conditional time fields and a hidden calculation to subtracts the secondary time from the first. This would of course depend on the use case but if it's in a table, the first hidden time field could be conditional on the key field being filled out and the second time and the calculation could be conditional on the last field being filled out. This would of course be a stop gap solution in the meantime to help get more accurate timestamps without alerting the people in the field.
