Can you please develop a pop-up notification or another way to automatically update the GoCanvas app on the IOS, Android, and Windows devices? When we have technical issues, often times the support team's first question is which version of the application are we on. However, there is nothing that notifies or encourages us to update our app. We have 45 users, it's nearly impossible to make sure all of our users are on the most recent app from our office. A month or two ago I did receive a notification when I logged into the Windows app, alerting me that there was a new version available. I haven't seen that since, and recently had a technical difficulty, checked the version of the app, and I was one update behind. We have no clue when the apps are being updated. There needs to be better communication somehow.

Please allow me to clarify. In the above post, when I refer to "app" or "application" I am referring to the GoCanvas application itself, not the "forms" that we have created with in the GoCanvas application. Side note - your terminology of using the word "app" to describe a form within GoCanvas is confusing. Might be another request, but a new term would be helpful.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your feedback, we have been pushing out a lot of little updates and totally appreciate the need for more clear updates. I have brought this up with product so we can work toward a solution. As for updated terminology, with the release of Builder BETA, we have started shifting our language to better align with industry standards. Although it has not been fully scrubbed from the product or the Help Center, we will be using "form(s)" to replace "app(s)" going forward.
