In the workflow and dispatch screen, allow Customizable Fields to be show in the submissions view, also allow to filtering and sorting by column in submissions view.
Right now you can filter somewhat using the advanced search, but there is no sorting functionality, and cannot display fields on workflow and dispatch screen other than defaults.
The most effective way to do this may be to split workflow and dispatch to have its own screen per app, and there also needs to be a unified view that allows me to view all workflows for a particular app across all departments.
