The customer is asking for a feature that adds a direct link in the notification email sent when a handoff/task is assigned, so that the user can click the link to open or view the task instead of having to manually open the GoCanvas mobile or desktop app to find it.

Thank you Kay-Lynn Brown for posting on behalf of the customer and thank you Richard Reppert for commenting your support! This idea would be helpful to those employees that are not used to using the GoCanvas application to handle their workflows but instead spend a lot of time in their email. I highly recommend that the customer who requested this also send their request to beta@gocanvas.com, as well as you Richard! Product loves hearing directly from customers when considering feature requests. I can't guarantee that this will make it to a future roadmap, it can't hurt!
