The newest version makes it difficult to quickly see which photo slots have been used. The words just change order. While there is a red delete option to the right it is not obvious when looking for an open photo slot. Can the words change color after the photo has been added or can there be some way to quickly see which photos have been used and which haven't?

Update as of September 8, 2026: I am happy to report that this work has been added to a future sprint and should be released in another month. Please keep an eye out for our Release Notes for updates.
I agree, it would be nice to be able to know what slots have a have not been used quickly.
The inspectors are having a very difficult time with this change! It would be great if the wording is changed back to green after a photo has been taken.

I will reach out to our Product team to find out what it would take to bring it back but also recommend that you submit this request to beta@gocanvas.com. The more people that they hear this from, the more consideration it gets. I can't guarantee that will make it to a future roadmap, but it does help!
