I'm a fuel delivery driver using GoCanvas for delivery ticket entry's. When I make a delivery one of the steps is to select the product ID delivered. We have a very long list of IDs and while some of the most commonly used IDs (based on the whole company, not individual user) are at the top of the list there are many times I have to use the search to find the right one. I only deal with a 4 or 5 different IDs daily. I would like to have a "Favorites list" that I can create and edit from the app as needed. When the Product ID pick list first shows up it can show my favorites first, then at the bottom have a option to "Show All"

Thanks for posting to the Community! This is a great idea and is a convenient solution for users to overcome limitations to their permissions to make helpful changes to their forms. I will pass this along to our Product team. I can't guarantee that it will make it to future roadmaps but Product is interested in hearing what users would benefit from. I also recommend forwarding this request to beta@gocanvas.com because they also appreciate hearing directly from our users.
In the meantime, I also recommend that you connect your admins to our Help Center and Community as I believe the form would benefit from the pre-existing feature of connecting System Defaults to Reference Data. On the backend, the Product IDs that are most used by a specific user can be associated with their name to make it easier for users to complete their paperwork. This may be too specific if you have the potential of delivering a different Product ID but it's worth considering.
