When I select a few entries and click download, I receive them via email. It would be better if the download happened directly in the browser instead of being sent by email. Email delivery is not ideal because my inbox cannot handle large file sizes

Thanks for posting to the Community! I just attempted to download different file types (Dispatches, Submissions, and Workflows) in both the Core View and Project Management View (Projects, Submissions, and Work Hub) and all my downloads and exports either opened up the Finder on my laptop or downloaded to my browser. I would definitely submit a ticket to Support as they may be able to figure out what is happening, if it's related to settings in your account, the browser you are using, or the file types/sizes. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, including but not limited to what browser you are using, what account view (Core or Projects), what pages you are trying to download from, and what file types you are trying to download.
