We would like the ability to edit Multiple Photo fields in Submissions with Submission editing enabled, just as it is possible to edit Single Photo fields.
I can see this was requested 6 years ago at least, and this has not yet been introduced, and we now have a demand for it. Lauren Sunday

Thank you for inquiring! Our Product team is aware of the issue and although fixing just multi-photo editing specifically is not on the roadmap, we do have some upcoming releases that may contribute to addressing this and similar issues in the future. I cannot give a timeline or specifics but we will keep all our customers up to date on the latest product releases in Release Notes, found in the Help Center and the Community.
