Currently when the tech’s open their program to review the PM files they are listed alphabetically by center.
We would like for them to be listed oldest first.
The technicians review the PM’s on their mobile device as well as their laptops.
This is regarding the open tasks that have been submitted by the vendor and are in their review/approval process

Thanks for posting to the Community! At this time, there is no way to sort Tasks in the application but I believe you can use Place Value In Submission Name to get the order to follow the date. Simply place a date field in the form that happens before the center's name so that the Submission Name is forced to sort by the date. I've never tried this at scale but it can't hurt to test it out. I'd love to hear if this is successful so we can help people in the future!
