Items in this release:

1. Webhooks:
   • New Webhook setup is available in Form Settings,
   • API v3 Docs now have a Webhook section,
   • Only Company Admins and Designers can do anything with Webhooks through API v3. This applies regardless of Departments.
2. New Features:
   • Advanced Form Builder:
     • Attachment Field Advanced Settings: Attach File Directly to Email
       • The option to include files as email attachments to the submission email.
3. Bug Fixes:
   • Forms: Departments without forms show a null state.
4. Miscellaneous:
   • Fixed an issue where copying the Form Icon made the icon name to long.
