Send documents on Web base forms

This section would be ideal for adding an email form to the web-based interface. When a user submits the form, the system could automatically send a copy of the PDF to the email address provided. This ensures the recipient receives the document directly, while we retain a copy for our records.

    Thank you for clarifying! I believe we are speaking about the same thing, which is a setting called "Always email submissions to this address?" that is available on Single Line Text fields in the format of Email in the Advanced Form Builder. We have definitely heard the request to add this functionality to the Web Form Builder as well but I will let Product know the continued interest in this feature.     Thanks for posting to the Community! My apologies though, I don't think I am fully understanding what you are referring to. Do you mean an email field in a Web Form? Or are you referring to something else? Thank you in advance for your clarification!

  • I would like to have the webbase form that gets filled out to be sent to the email they put in the form.
