Email settings for department shared apps

I would like to be able to have an app that is shared to another department be able to have independent Email Options.

Possibly when the owning department shares the app they would have the choice to allow the shared branch edit their own email options.

This would make it much easier to have a Global Department that could "own" all of the apps and then could be shared to departments that could then assign their own email destinations.

    Thank you for sharing this feedback! I'm surprised I couldn't find a similar post, as I can see how this functionality would be very helpful.

    I will share this feedback with our Product team for their consideration. I'm sure they would love to read additional use case scenarios (and see upvotes) from other users as well!

  • i cant find the Email Options when i  entire my forms any more why is that?

    Could you provide a screenshot of what you are referring to? I think I know what you mean but I want to be sure. If it's what I think it is, there is a Form Setting that allows the admins to control who is allowed to email the PDF and that setting looks like this: Those email options at the end of a submission may be restricted if these settings above changed.
