Assigning drivers in alphabetical order

Hi 

we have raised a concern that when you go in workflow & dispatch, create dispatch, site time sheets and assign item to - that the drivers are only in alphabetical order on surname and not first name.

this makes allocation more time consuming as we all use first names, surely this is a simple fix?
