Hi There,
Here is my issue:
If the reporter is not filling a field at submission, it will not appear in the submission tab on a webpage. In the office, the admin needs modify the report prior sending so the all the fields present in the app need to be editable on the backend (regardless if they have been left blank at submission).
Our reporter will not always have the answer and will leave blank fields or might not upload a picture during the inspection.
As an admin, I need to be able to complete the report and fill the blanks. However those fields are not appearing in the web submission tab.
If an admin is filling the app, he can modify those left blank fields via the mobile app by resubmitting the report. This is not ideal and is not possible if a submitter is a different person. In that case the admin is not the owner of the submission and have to request the submitter to do fill the blank fields and resubmit the report.
This is not suitable and it means the admin doesn’t have full control on the submissions. Not sure why Gocanvas chose to only show the “not empty” fields in the submission tab and not all fields present in the app. At minima there should be an option in setting to show every fields present in the app in the submission tab
Is there a plan to fix this? I expect other people to have the same issue.
Thanks Bruno

Hi Bruno,
You mentioned that some of your fields aren't showing up in the web UI.
It sounds like you may have some fields set to only be visible on the web if the field is not empty or maybe one of the other settings.
Can you have a look at the fields in the App Builder and go to More >> Show This Field On Web and see if they are set to something other than Always?
If they are set to Always, they should show up on the web regardless of that the value is set to.
