What's the maximum resolution for images that are being used as background images of a drawing element? I have uploaded some images but after looking at the PDF the resolution is poor and makes the background image blurry
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Spencer.
I would recommend contacting support to ask about this. They may have some ability to allow higher resolution images under certain circumstances or for special situations, but I believe it is on a case by case basis as they have to try and balance image quality with system capacity by taking some variables into consideration (e.g. how many images per submission, how many submissions per month, etc.)

So I notice it has been a few months but I am happy to make a ticket for you Spencer Berry so Support can reach out about potentially increasing that photo resolution. I know that support can increase photo resolution for photos added to a submission on a case by case basis like Nathan said, but I am not positive if they can increase the photo resolution of reference images. It's worth asking just in case!
