We love the Dispatch feature, but one issue is preventing us from using it the way it was intended: Users cannot open and complete dispatches that are 'Upcoming'. They can only preview the Dispatch.
We have a lot of Field Techs that need to complete their Jobs in a different order, and a lot of the time that means completing Jobs that aren't scheduled until a future date. In it's current state, they simply cannot do that. We have been forced to not use a Scheduled On date at all, and simply put the visit date along with other text in the Dispatch Description. This is clunky and feels bad to use.
Please make this change so that Upcoming Dispatches can be completed ahead of time. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback! I'm surprised I didn't find similar request posts to this one, as I have definitely heard similar comments in the past.
We do not have an estimated timeline to add the functionality to complete upcoming Dispatches, but I will be sure to share your feedback directly with our Product team for their consideration.
Additionally, I know that our Product managers would love to hear use case examples and feedback from other users. Detailed comments and upvotes are the best way for us to show demand for new functionality.

Maybe separate options could be added (per app perhaps) to allow viewing and completing future dispatches or not?
