We recently had an incident where a customer provided us with an invalid email address. We sent a confirmation of an order which they never received and we did not receive a bounceback message notifying us of failed delivery. This nearly led to a lost order. There should be an error functionality in GoCanvas that sends a 'non delivered' message to alert businesses to any failed email submissions.

You could integrate GoCanvas with your existing email account using Zapier. Emails can be sent from your personal, company, group, or alias email address. Then you would get the undeliverable notifications directly from your email server.
Good luck I've been asking for this for 6 years! I guess they are not smart enough to be able to do it.
