I wasn't aware that the completed dispatches were slowing down my tech's syncs, so when I was told to go in and delete them from the Workflow/Dispatch tab I found some issues.
I had over 65,000 entries that had been completed. So I went about the task to delete them all.
I selected the Completed Status. - Then I scrolled down to the bottom to see my view was showing 25 lines so I changed it to 200. - I waited for the screen to refresh, then scrolled back to the top of the page so I could select the box to select all on the page (top left hand side) - I then clicked delete - I waited for the page to refresh, thinking it would no longer show the ones I just deleted because they were no longer Completed, the were Deleted, but it brought them back up, set the view back to 25. So I had to select Completed again (Still shows the Deleted ones on the first page) scroll down and change my view to 200, wait for the page to refresh, select page 2, at the bottom of the page, wait for it to refresh, scroll back to the top so I could select all on the page and click Delete. Then I wait for it to refresh, then go through it all again - so 65.000 entries amounts to 328 pages at 200 view so after spending most of a day of work, I have gotten to only page 57.
So my requests are these. 1. Once you select a status ONLY those should show. 2. Once you select the number of lines you would like to view it should stay until you log out (or even better it could be set as a preference in your user info). 3. Have a place to type what page you would like to go to instead of clicking the numbers at the bottom of the page. (once you get past page 13, you have to click on 13 and then wait for it to refresh then click on 17 and wait for it to refresh, then click 21 wait for it to refresh) Currently, when you select to delete, it refreshes and you have to start all the way back to the beginning, so selecting the pages to get back to where you need to be is very time consuming. - 4. Have the ability to SELECT ALL with that status so they could all be changed at once if you want to. 5. Have the ability to View ALL so you could select all shown and change them all at once.
Oh, and while I am asking - PLEASE give us back live human chat for support, the robotic chat is not sufficient.

We are currently in the process of updating our Chat system to better assist customers on both Sales and Technical Support. We do not have an exact timeline on when Live Support Chat will return, but we are hoping to provide an improved Live Chat service deployed by early 2021.
