Permanently deleted user
We utilize this application for immunization consent forms at off site clinics. It would be so much easier for us to be able to send a link out via a listserv and have the patients fill out the consent form prior to our arrival.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with specific use case details. We have had several users ask for similar functionality, generally around a web version for forms that could be sent to clients for completion.
We do not have an estimated timeline for this functionality, but I have shared your feedback directly with our Product managers for their consideration.
