Option to set "Show PDF after sync" by default

While users can set this, they need to know to set it and sometimes do not know to do this. In our use case (for COVID screening), we need users to be able to immediately see the results of their submission. If they have not changed this, then they do not see it. It would be helpful if we could set this as the default behavior so that users can set it off but its on by default to show the results.
