It would be nice for the person submitting an entry to be able to assign a submission status to it from their mobile device. For instance, we currently use the Dispatch and Assignments feature. If a person can't complete their assignment they fill out as much as possible and then unassign themselves from the task.
However, the dispatch screen, doesn't allow me to see if the person unassigned themselves due to one of our created submission statuses: "On Hold - Lack of Parts" or "Incomplete - Unable to Repair."
We have these submission statuses created for the app, but I have to manually open each submission to determine what the status of that submission is and then select from the dropdown the most fitting.
It would be nice for the submitter to select the status of the submission before he/she unassigns themselves then I can easily find and filter unassigned tasks due to a "hold" or "incompletion" through the workflow & dispatch screen!.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback! I can definitely see how being able to assign a Submission Status from a mobile device would be helpful to organize and notate submissions, especially for the Unassigned Tasks screen.
