Feature request:
Please hyperlink the completed submission (designer format) in the "dispatch calendar" to the "completed forms" so we can quickly view it - using advance search is just too hard when you have hundreds of submission. I understand this feature is currently not available so this is a feature request.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! Honestly, I am surprised that this functionality has not been brought up in the Community before.
I can definitely see how this sort of feature would be helpful and I have shared the feedback directly with our Product managers for their consideration. I'm sure they would love to hear specific use cases and details from other users on this post as well!
GREAT IDEA!!! This would be extremely helpful when a past customer calls in for new service on a product we have serviced in the past. A real time saver!
