Hello all,
I am trying to delete records older than 90 days on some of our lesser important apps.
Would it be possible to set a purge timeframe, or at a minimum, have the Advanced Search feature remember the filters after submitting an action? If the filters remained during the current login session, this would allow purging records to go more quickly.
Making it easier for users to purge records would also help to free up some of GC storage, which would lower your overhead of storage costs.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! At this time, there are three methods if you need to delete past submissions:
-A Company Admin can manually delete submissions from the website
-You can submit a ticket to our Support Team to delete ALL previous submissions on your account
-Use the Delete Submissions API (refer to page 19 of the GoCanvas Webservices document, available from this Help Center topic)
I can definitely see how being able to set retention limits on past Submissions and being able to save templates for Advanced Search filters would be helpful. I have shared this feedback directly with our Product managers for their consideration.

I haven't read much about the API, so I guess this is as good of a time to start! As far as support, they said the only way was to delete via website, and that I should come here to post the feature request. Hope everyone is staying safe, and have a great weekend!
