BAD SERVICE at GOCANVAS

Is anyone else having issues getting responses from the help desk taking weeks for replies? When I started 4 years ago it was great now no help ?

    I'm sorry you've had a delay in hearing back from Support. I've let the team lead know, and I can see that he is taking a look right now. I expect that you'll hear back shortly. Thank you for your patience. 

  • No issues here. Getting responses as normal. But... all companies are experiencing delays given the major changes in work spaces and extra assistance needed. Be patient. :)

  • Just wanted to chime in here. I have found Go Canvas' response time on issues and question to be excellent. Even in these challenging times as Danielle said, they have done an excellent job. Thanks Troy and Cory.
