I Have a professional team licence. I have it it since 2017. I am currently trying to reduce my licencing fees as we are changing the way we use the product and do not need as many licences. I do not know my account managers name as it has changed and the old contact no I had - does not exist.
I have been trying for the last week to sort this out. I have sent an email to billing, I have raised a ticket, I have left a message on a support phone no. I have had no response.
My billing period ends today - I want it changed and I have no way of making it happen.
I no longer approve for my credit card to be charged
I know these are trying times - but atleast an acknowledgement to my repeated requests would be nice.
