Howdy Michael,
For the Professional and Enterprise plans, the number of users is limited only by the number of available seats, which can be increased from your Account Homepage.
However, if you are on a Team License plan (Professional or otherwise), then you will need to speak directly with your account manager to add more seats.
I understand from my colleagues on our Support team that you input a Help ticket for this matter. They have alerted your account manager, who should be reaching out soon to assist with adding more seats to your Team License plan!
