Permanently deleted user
Need to be able to receive an oral and visual notification to my ios system.
Currently only able to view new job if I'm actively using my phone.

You can update GoCanvas push notifications on iOS and Android at the device level and at the account level. More details on how to set notification settings can be found at this Help Center topic.
If you are still not receiving push notifications after updating your device and account settings, I would advise submitting a ticket to our Support Team so they can provide direct troubleshooting for this matter.
