Permanently deleted user
I was trying to set up the Business Insights tool on my pc but was unable to get it working. Looking at it more closely I saw that it is only compatible with window 32 bit operating systems. When I contacted my GoCanvas account manager I was told that BI cannot be run on my pc (Windows 7 64 bit) and that I should create a feature request. Considering that 64 bit OSs are quite common nowadays, I think it would benefit many users if this feature was updated to run on 64 bit systems.

We do not have a timeline on updating Business Insights to run on 64-bit versions of Excel/Office, but I have shared this feedback directly with our Product Team.
BI runs fine on 64 bit Windows with 32 bit versions of Office / Excel.
Is the problem that it won't run in 64 bit versions of Office / Excel?
I will need to check which version of office/excel I am running. See below for my interaction with my account manager.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I searched for answers around the office and unfortunately its not something we support at the moment. I do see you've submitted feature requests in the past and I would recommend dropping it on there as well (https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000000247-Feature-Requests-Releases). This will bring it to the attention of our product and development team and hopefully make it possible for the business insights tool to work on a 64 bit system.
Since the BI tool isn't available at the moment for 64 bit, we can discuss the google sheets integration if its something you're still interested in.
I did check with support about the new features crashing the GoCanvas app. They asked me if you have the latest version of GoCanvas installed on your phone? If GoCanvas isn't the latest version, it'll crash the app since the features weren't available yet.

I have a 64 bit Windows 7 operating system according to the trouble shooting page it only works on 32 bit systems. This seems strange considering that from my experience most systems are 64 bit. Have you had people run into this problem before?
I have 32 bit office/excel. Is there something I need to do to get it running?

I have confirmed with our Support Team that the Business Insights feature is active for your account. You can download Business Insights from this link:

If you are encountering issues getting Business Insights running, I would advise following the initial troubleshooting steps shared in this Help Center topic.
