    I'm so sorry you haven't heard back from our Support Team. I've reached out to them and can see that they are currently reviewing the tickets you've put in, so you should hear from them shortly. I will follow up on my end to make sure you're able to remove the seat ASAP. Thank you for your patience.

    To clarify, I have tried to go to the list of users and delete the seat and when I choose remove I just get this error message-  We were unable to update your seats. Please contact our support team for help.
