We would like to check if there will be a feature for GoCanvas to enable Multi-factor authentication for all users instead of using the Single Sign-on. We need to this feature as an additional security control to the application since most of the information being uploaded is highly sensitive.

Enabling multi-factor authentication as a native option within GoCanvas is not currently on the roadmap. But we appreciate the feedback you have shared, as this ensures features are considered by our Product Managers!
I understand from my colleague Drew on our Support Team that you originally submitted a Support ticket for this inquiry, and that you have reached out to your Account Manager on this matter. They would be able to discuss the benefits of multi-factor authentication through SSO for your team.
