Permanently deleted user
We are currently in a situation where we need all employees to review an emergency response sheet and sign acknowledging that they have received it and read it. There is too much information on the pdf to retype it all into an app, so that is not an option. Legally, we must prove that all employees have received it by their signature, so it would be nice to have and IF/THEN option so they could only sign their acknowledgment IF they have actually opened the pdf.

A potential workaround could be to set up a required Signature field within your App that would only appear if the user inputs a passcode from the PDF.
Taking a more detailed look, the screen would have the following fields:
-Weblink field the directs the user to the PDF that needs to be read
-Number field where the user will input a passcode from the PDF
-Signature field that is conditional based on the previous Number field AND required, so the user cannot proceed to the next screen unless it is completed

In this case, the Signature field will only appear if the user inputs the passcode '1234' from the PDF that is linked to in the Weblink field.
