Should be able to print a Dispatch ticket once a Dispatch has been created. Basically like a job summary page for reference.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! To be transparent, it is unlikely that we will focus development on a feature with an end goal of printing submission data, as the Dispatch data is available to be viewed from the Workflow & Dispatch page.
You can also export the Dispatch data into a CSV file for analysis or printing from the Workflow & Dispatch page:
Other users have found potential workarounds to print/share Dispatch data via Zapier.
For example, you could build a separate dispatch App in GoCanvas (let's call this 'Step One App') that contains all of the fields you typically include in your Dispatches for other apps. Then, create a Zapier integration that picks up submissions from the 'Step One App', sending an email with the submission PDF to be printed and generating dispatches in the appropriate destination App.
